Photography Services

Qorlyraxiz provides professional photography services for private events including weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, and other celebrations. All photography sessions are subject to availability and require advance booking.

Booking confirmations are subject to receipt of the required deposit. Final payment is due according to the terms specified in your individual service agreement.

Intellectual Property

All photographs, images, and content on qorlyraxiz.cv are the property of Qorlyraxiz unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

Upon full payment, clients receive a personal license to use their commissioned photographs for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate event details and timelines
• Securing necessary permissions for photography at private venues
• Ensuring guests are informed about photography coverage
• Making timely payments as agreed

Limitation of Liability

Qorlyraxiz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Force Majeure

Qorlyraxiz shall not be held responsible for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, illness, or government restrictions.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
