How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance for smaller events, and 3-6 months for weddings to ensure availability. Popular dates book quickly, so early booking is encouraged.
Do you travel for events?
Yes! While we're based in Ottawa, we happily travel throughout Ontario and Quebec. Travel fees may apply for distant locations. Contact us for a custom quote for destination events.
When will I receive my photos?
Delivery times vary by package, ranging from 7 days for Premium to 2 weeks for Essential. We provide sneak peeks within 48 hours so you can start sharing immediately.
What's included in packages?
All packages include professional editing, high-resolution digital files, and an online gallery. Higher packages may include additional photographers, albums, and faster delivery.
Do you provide raw files?
We deliver professionally edited high-resolution JPEG files. Raw files are not typically included, as they represent unfinished work. However, we're happy to discuss specific needs.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancellation policies vary by package. Deposits may be refundable up to a certain date. Please review your contract or contact us to discuss your specific situation.
